CLOSED - Science Club - Geologist

Service Description

Science Club is student lead learning following the scientific method. After 4 weeks of exploring and identifying crystals and minerals, igneous, sedimentary, and metamorphic rocks, we will culminate in rock identification of the rocks we have polished in the rock tumbler. This session's Science Club is for the student who loves rocks! We will spend the majority of our time looking at rocks and researching their identification. We will also break open some geodes! No class on Oct. 31st! Class will be held on Thursday, Nov. 2nd instead!

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel up to 3 days prior to the event/ending of registration for class/club, you will receive a full refund with the exception of the processing fee. If you cancel after registration is closed but before the event/class begins you will receive the amount back minus the processing fee and the supply fee. If you cancel after a class/club has begun, money will not be refunded. ***If we as the Leu Civic Center cancel a class, you will receive a refund including the processing fee.
