2023 Leu Halloween Parade and Party

Come to the Leu Civic Center Halloween Parade and Party!  Our theme this year is "Mad Scientist!"  The costume judging will be held at the Mascoutah Moose Lodge at 111 N. 2nd Street in Mascoutah, IL!  At 2:00, after the judging ends, everyone will walk in a parade from the Moose Lodge to the Leu Civic Center. At the Leu, there will be food, games and an art project!

The Leu Halloween Parade and Party would not be possilbe without the support of our fantastic local organizations and volunteers!  We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who makes this happen especially Mayor McMahan, Moose, Rotary, Evening Lions, Noon Lions, Mascoutah Improvement Association, Tuesday Women's Club, Mascoutah Fire Department, Mascoutah Police Department and Mascoutah Bands!!!
